Referral Program Disclaimer
- The Leez A Space Referral Program rewards eligible participants for referring new tenants to Leez A Space.
- A referral reward is not guaranteed by simply submitting a referral form.
- A referral is considered successful only when the referred person or business becomes a new tenant and completes all required onboarding steps.
- The referred tenant must pay the first full month’s rent and submit the required security deposit for the referral to qualify.
- The current referral reward is $300 for every successful referral, subject to approval by Leez A Space management.
- All referrals are reviewed and verified internally before any reward is processed.
- Referrals may be disqualified if the referred person is already an existing tenant, lead, previous customer, or has already been referred by someone else.
- Participants must submit accurate and complete referral information to avoid delays or disqualification.
- Leez A Space reserves the right to change, pause, cancel, or update the referral program and reward structure at any time.
- Participation in the referral program does not create any employment, partnership, broker, agency, or legal representative relationship with Leez A Space.
